Supabets Registration: How to Register Online and Complete FICA

Supabets registration is done online, on the website or the Supabets app: you create an account with your personal details and ID number, then complete FICA verification using the site's "How To Fica" guide so that you can withdraw. Supabets is operated by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd and licensed by the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator under licence 9-2-1-00055, which also appears on the National Gambling Board's Verified Operators list. You must be 18 or older to register.

How to register at Supabets online

The exact screens are Supabets' own and may change, but registering online at a licensed bookmaker follows the same pattern:

1. Open the register page on supabets.co.za, or tap Download App on the site to install the app and register there.
2. Enter your details: name as on your ID, South African ID or passport number, mobile number, email and a password.
3. Confirm your number with the PIN sent by SMS if prompted.
4. Read the welcome offer terms before your first deposit, so you know whether you need to opt in.
5. Complete FICA as described below.

Supabets mobile registration works the same way as on a computer. Whichever device you use, register only once: an ID number can be linked to one account, and duplicates are normally closed.

Supabets FICA: what to prepare

The Supabets homepage links to a "How To Fica" guide. FICA applies because bookmakers are accountable institutions under the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, and it must be done before withdrawals are paid. Prepare:

Follow the Supabets guide for the accepted list and upload method. Clear, uncropped images are verified faster.

The welcome offer and the "R50 sign up" question

The Supabets homepage says new customers may be able to double their first deposit as part of selected welcome offers; the current version is Double your first deposit (selected welcome offers). Many people search for a Supabets R50 sign-up bonus. Any such offer would be listed on the Supabets promotions page with its own conditions, so check there rather than relying on old posts. The homepage statement does not give turnover, minimum odds or expiry, so read the full promotion terms before depositing. Our Supabets review covers the operator in full.

What a Supabets account opens up

Once your account is active you can bet on in-play sport, including soccer, cricket, tennis and horse racing, and on Supanumbers, the brand's lucky numbers product. Supabets also offers slots and Aviator. The legal status of casino-style games at bookmakers remains disputed and depends on the province.

Getting help

Supabets offers live chat, email and a call-back option. Use them for FICA problems rather than opening a new account.
