What to write to us about
- A fact that is wrong or out of date. Bonus terms, payment methods and licence notices change often. If a bookmaker's own terms now say something different from our page, send us the link to the operator's page and we will check it against the source.
- A licence question. If you think an operator listed here is not licensed by a provincial gambling board, tell us which page and what you found. We compare operator footers with the board and National Gambling Board registers.
- Lotto or lucky numbers results. Results are pulled in automatically from public results pages. If a block shows the wrong draw, let us know the game and the time you looked.
- Accessibility or technical problems with a page on your phone or computer.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries. Read the advertising disclosure first: commercial relationships never change a score.
What we cannot help with
SlotsReviews is an independent information site. We are not a bookmaker, we do not hold player accounts and we cannot see or change anything in yours. For a disputed bet, a delayed withdrawal, FICA documents or a blocked account, contact the operator's own support team first. If that does not resolve it, the provincial gambling board that licenses the bookmaker handles complaints; the board's name is in the licence notice in the bookmaker's footer.
We also do not give personal betting advice, tips on which numbers to choose, or help with getting around limits, blocks or self-exclusion.

How we handle your message
Messages go to the editorial team described on the editorial team page. We usually reply within a few working days. When a correction is accepted, the page is updated and its review date changes. We keep your email address only to answer you; the privacy policy explains how we handle personal information under POPIA.

Can you sort out a problem with my betting account?
No. We do not run any betting accounts. Contact the bookmaker's support first, then the provincial gambling board named in its licence notice if the issue stays unresolved.
How quickly do you correct a mistake?
Corrections to facts get priority. Once we have checked your source against the operator's own published terms, the page is updated and its date changes.
Does advertising affect what you write?
No. Payments from operators never change a score or a ranking place. The advertising disclosure explains how the site is funded.
