YesPlay Slots and Games: Providers, BetGames, Live and Crash

YesPlay slots come from a long list of studios, including Habanero, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, NetEnt and Nolimit City, and sit alongside live dealer games from Evolution, crash games such as Spribe's titles, and BetGames. All of it runs from the same account as YesPlay's sports betting. YesPlay is the trading name of SA Sportsbook (Pty) Ltd, licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board under bookmaker licence 10180204-013, which also appears on the National Gambling Board register.

Choosing among YesPlay slots

With this many studios the lobby mixes very different games. Habanero is a long-standing name in South African bookmaker lobbies, Pragmatic Play brings feature-heavy titles such as Megaways and tumble slots, and Nolimit City is known for high-volatility games with large but rare wins. Before you play any title, open its information screen for the return to player and the rules. Our high RTP slots guide explains what those percentages mean over time, and the Pragmatic Play slots page has spec cards for individual games.

YesPlay live games and BetGames

The live section streams real dealers for table games and game shows, run by Evolution. BetGames is a separate product: short studio draws and card games filmed live, with results every few minutes. Both are quick and continuous, which makes it easy to lose track of time. More on how these formats work is on our live games and BetGames page.

Crash games

YesPlay lists Spribe among its providers, the studio behind Aviator-style crash games. A multiplier climbs until it crashes; you win only if you cash out before that point. Rounds last seconds, so decide on a stake and a stopping point before you start.

Lucky numbers, including Gosloto

YesPlay's promotions page says it covers "the fast-paced rapid lucky numbers or the old classics" such as 49s Lunch and Tea and Powerball, across more than 100 lottos. Whether a specific draw like Gosloto 7/49 is listed at any moment is shown in the lucky numbers lobby. These are fixed-odds bets on draw outcomes, not lottery tickets, and betting on any lottery's outcome is restricted under the Lotteries Act; whether provincial approvals authorise it is unsettled.

Is the YesPlay casino section legal?

YesPlay does not hold a casino licence; its games are offered under a Western Cape bookmaker licence. The Western Cape board says a 2025 Supreme Court of Appeal ruling on casino-style games at bookmakers does not affect its licensees, while the National Gambling Board reads the same ruling as applying nationally. National policy is pending, so the status of slots and live games at bookmakers is contested and may change.
