Interbet casino section and games: what the bookmaker lists

Interbet's games next to its sportsbook: a Casino section and Aviator, run under a Western Cape bookmaker licence.

The Interbet casino section is a games lobby inside a licensed bookmaker, not a separate online casino: Interbet International (Pty) Ltd holds a Western Cape bookmaker licence, and its main menu shows Sport, Live Sport, Casino and Aviator side by side. Interbet games therefore sit on the same site and account as your sports bets. The site's main menu names the sections but does not set out the full list of titles or providers, so the lobby itself is where to see what is currently available.

What the Interbet casino menu shows

SectionWhat it is
SportPre-match betting on sporting events
Live SportIn-play betting while matches are running
CasinoSlot-style and other casino-type games offered by the bookmaker
AviatorA crash game with its own menu entry

Giving Aviator its own place in the menu, next to Casino rather than inside it, shows how popular crash games have become with South African bettors. For how the game works, see our Aviator game guide.

Games at a bookmaker and the law

Casino-style games at bookmakers are legally contested in South Africa. The Supreme Court of Appeal barred Gauteng bookmakers from bets on casino games in October 2025. The National Gambling Board reads the ruling as national, while the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, which licenses Interbet, says it does not affect its licensees. National policy is still pending, so what a Western Cape bookmaker may offer could change.

Interbet's licence details are printed in its footer: Western Cape Gambling Board, Bookmaker License Number 10083472‐023, expiring 30 November 2026. The footer gives that licence an expiry date of 30 November 2026, so it is worth checking that a renewal notice appears after that date. The National Gambling Board's Verified Operators register lists Interbet International (Pty) Ltd t/a Interbet as a Western Cape bookmaker.

Before you open the Interbet games lobby

  1. Register and complete FICA verification; withdrawals need a verified account.
  2. Check each game's information panel for its rules and the return-to-player figure the provider publishes.
  3. Look at the minimum and maximum stake per round before you start.
  4. Read the terms of any bonus you hold, as games and sport are often treated differently.
  5. Set a deposit limit or session reminder if the account settings offer one.

The public terms do not set out bonus rules or payment methods in detail. Ask support before depositing if those matter to you. Interbet lists a phone line, 021 137 8274, and email at [email protected].

Comparing games across licensed bookmakers

If you want a lobby with named providers and clearer game lists, other licensed bookmakers publish more detail. Our slot reviews show each game's provider, RTP and volatility, and the crash games page explains Aviator-style games in general.

Games are for adults aged 18 and over. Fast rounds make it easy to spend more than planned; see our responsible gambling page or call the National Responsible Gambling Programme, whose number Interbet prints in its footer: 0800 006 008. The full Interbet review covers the licence and support in more depth.

Questions and answers

Is Interbet an online casino?

No. Interbet is a bookmaker licensed in the Western Cape. Its Casino section is a games lobby within the bookmaker, and the legal status of such games is disputed nationally.

Does Interbet have Aviator?

Yes. Aviator has its own entry in the Interbet main menu, next to Sport, Live Sport and Casino.

Which providers supply Interbet games?

The public pages do not name the game providers. The lobby itself shows each game's maker in its information panel.

Can I use one balance for sport and games at Interbet?

Sport and games sit under the same Interbet account; how balances and wallets are split is shown in the cashier. Any bonus may have separate rules for games, so read its terms.
